At Shop Thrift World, we want you to love your unique finds, but we understand that sometimes a pre-loved piece isn't the perfect fit. We offer a 14-day return window for store credit to ensure every vintage treasure finds its rightful home.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original condition with all Shop Thrift World tags still attached to ensure the return is processed successfully.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the item's condition, we will issue a digital gift card to your email for the full purchase price minus shipping fees.
